We began by understanding user pain points through research and competitive analysis. The focus was to reduce friction in key actions—such as staking IQ tokens or participating in governance votes (DAO)—by employing clear information architecture and progressive disclosure.
The key challenge was transitioning the platform into a fully decentralized DAO while ensuring accessibility for both crypto-savvy users and newcomers.
